I wrecked a '76 KZ400 Kawi about 5 years ago and the only damage (other than my knee and lots of road rash) was the forks were seriously twisted. It makes it alot easier if the clamps at the top of each fork is slightly loosened, the forks moved back into place very easy this way. KTRSD
